What types of services does Patrick's Auto Center offer?

The frequency of oil changes depends on the type of oil your vehicle uses and the manufacturer’s recommendations. However, in general:  

  • Conventional oil should be changed every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.  
  • Synthetic blend oil should be changed every 5,000 to 7,500 miles.  
  • Full synthetic oil can last up to 10,000 to 15,000 miles, depending on your vehicle.  

 

We recommend checking your vehicle’s owner’s manual for specific guidance, but if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us.

Common signs that your vehicle may need brake service include:  

  • Squeaking or squealing noises when you apply the brakes  
  • Grinding sounds when braking  
  • Vibration or pulsation when applying the brakes  
  • A soft or spongy brake pedal  
  • Longer stopping distances than usual  

If you notice any of these signs, it’s important to have your brakes inspected as soon as possible.

Yes! We offer a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on many of our services, including brake replacements and engine repairs. We stand behind our work and strive to provide quality services you can trust. For details about warranties on specific services, feel free to contact us.

Make sure to ask about available discounts when you visit!

  • Conventional oil is the most basic type of motor oil, typically used in older vehicles or those with simpler engines.  
  • Synthetic blend oil is a mix of synthetic and conventional oils, offering better protection and performance. It’s ideal for vehicles that require extra protection but don’t necessarily need full synthetic oil.  
  • Full synthetic oil provides the highest level of protection and performance, especially in extreme temperatures or high-stress driving conditions. It’s recommended for newer vehicles or those with higher performance engines.

 

We offer oil change specials for all types of oils!

If your vehicle is overheating, immediately turn off the engine to prevent further damage. Check the coolant level and, if necessary, add coolant once the engine has cooled down. If the problem persists, bring your car to Patrick’s Auto Center for a full inspection and diagnosis. Overheating can be caused by a variety of issues, including coolant leaks, a failing radiator, or a damaged thermostat.

You should replace your tires if:  

  • The tread has worn down to 2/32 of an inch or less.  
  • There are visible punctures or cracks in the tire sidewalls.  
  • You feel vibrations or have trouble with handling while driving.  
  • Your tires are more than 6 years old, even if they appear to be in good condition.

 

Our team can assess the condition of your tires and advise you on whether a replacement is needed.

Yes! At Patrick’s Auto Center, we can perform many services on your vehicle without voiding your manufacturer’s warranty. We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure the integrity of your warranty.

We do not currently offer towing services. However, we can recommend trusted local towing companies that can bring your vehicle to us for repair.
